教授、博士生导师,湖北省杰青、楚天英才科技创新团队带头人,新加坡国立大学访问学者、湖北省氢能源安全检测与控制工程技术研究中心负责人、微纳电子材料与器件湖北省重点实验室副主任、武汉市半导体氢气传感器加工检测中试平台副主任,中国仪表功能材料学会电子元器件关键材料与技术专委会委员,承担国家自然科学基金面上、青年项目以及湖北省自然科学基金重点项目、技术创新专项重大项目等课题,在ACS NanoNano EnergyACS Sensors等权威期刊发表论文100余篇,引用4000次,授权发明专利10余项,牵头制订氢气传感器安全性能测试方法等团体标准,曾获湖北省高校教学成果三等奖(3rd完成人)等奖励。
